My first attempt at making Scottish Tablet. It's not really a fudge, as it's harder and crumbly compared to the creaminess of fudge. It tastes exactly like what it is: Sugar, real butter, and condensed milk. Although it's supposed to be crumbly, mine came out a bit more grainy than I hoped. I figure this must be because the condensed milk I used was fat-free. Still, so yummy!
And to balance that out, health food!
